Within the meaning of the British Data Protection Act (hereinafter “Data Protection Act”) the company Evolution Travel Network Ltd, with registered office in London (UK), 37 Warren Street, W1T 6AD, UK (hereinafter “The company”), in its capacity as Holder, notifies that the personal information supplied with the compilation module shall be used for the purpose of (i) responding to your request for information and (ii) to send you in the future business communications with regard to the services and products offered by the company.
The use of your information for the purpose of responding to your request for information does not require your consent, within the meaning of Schedule 2, Section 4(3), of the Data Protection Act. Your consent is necessary, however, in order to be able to send you in the future business communications with regard to the services and products offered by the company. In the event you do not wish to provide your consent, we will simply not send you in the future business communications, but you may in any event receive the information that you have requested from us.
The personal information shall be handled in paper or electronic support, so as to guarantee security and confidentiality, for the purpose of managing your request for information and send you  business communications (if you have provided your consent), and afterwards it shall be destroyed.
The grant of the information is of an optional nature but if you fail to grant same, however, we may be unable to follow up on your request.
The data, collected and prepared, may come to the attention of the person in charge of the Commercial and Administration Office, and may be sent by him/her, for the purpose indicated above, to the company in charge of the maintenance of the web site and of the information system used by the company.
You may exercise, by a simple communication to be sent to info@etnstore.com, the rights spoken about in  Section 7 of the Data Protection Act, including, among others, 1) obtaining, prepared by the holder or the responsible party, without delay,  confirmation of the existence or not of the personal information concerned ...; 2) obtaining: a) an indication of the source of the personal information, the purpose and manner of  utilisation, the logical reason for the utilisation,  the identifying data of the holder or responsible party, the subjects or category of subjects to whom such data may be communicated or who might become aware in their capacity as parties responsible or in charge; the updating, correcting or rather, in the event you are interested, the integration of the information; b) the cancellation,  transformation to an anonymous form or blocking of information handled in violation of the law; 3) the opposition, in whole or in part, to the utilisation of the personal information concerned, contemplated for the purposes of business information or for sending advertising or direct sale material or rather to carry out market research or business communications.

In order to send you the Newsletter we need your consent.
